Bookings/Registration Error

James,

We encountered a problem today trying to setup an event. When we fill in the Start/End-Date and Time feature of the Event template, a red square below to the Ticket Name appears and previewing the page, we get the message that the "Registration for this event is closed" or "The Event is fully Booked", depending on the date and time we filled in.

What are we doing wrong in this feature for Events?
